I had bells palsy for the first time in 2004 on my right side which left me with paralysis, i have recently had it for the second time but on my left side.  Has this happened to anyone else?  if yes how have you coped ? i feel totally useless and alone......

I suffered my first attack on the right side of my face back in 2001 and am currently on day 4 of my second attack this time on the left side.   Sad
